AAM AADMI REVIEW of NOKIA LUMIA 920
The Nokia Lumia 920 Created a buzz in Global Market with its Design , OS , New added features.
I bought my Nokia Lumia 920 on 12th Jan 2012 From a Nokia Priority Store , Mumbai.
The amount of Excitement which i carried was just amazing . The Store was crowded with Demand for the phone.
Let me Take you to the Moment when i opened the Box of My OWN Nokia Lumia 920.
And here i am Ready to Start it !!
This is my Last Post on this Blog and i would Give you Pros and Cons which i came across while using the phone. !!
Pros
1. The Design of The Phone.
When you hold this phone in your hand or your keep it on ur Desk, All the Eyes are just on your phone.
People are attracted to the looks , the color and design of the phone.
It Feels as if some beautiful beast is ready to take your command.
2. User Interface.
OMG OMG !! the Tiles , the colors, the customization , the live updates and so much more is just so
amazing about the phone.Whenever i take my phone i cant stop flipping the tiles and moving it up and
down.
Playing with Tiles is never ending habit of mine.
3. The Camera
Beauty of the phone. No Phone is taking as good pictures at night like Nokia Lumia 920 does.
True that Pureview Works !!
4 Nokia Music
No One Hates Free unlimited Music ( International and Bollywood )
Amazing Sound build with Dolby Enhancement. The Headphones given with the Phones are playing
sweet. Purity of Sound can be felt.
5. XBox Games
better Quality of Games but Limited. But trust me when you buy a phone , you hardly play any games on it
It Becomes very Limited. But yes Applications which you daily need are amazing and very user friendly
with better user interface than androids and iOS.
6. People Hub and Personalization
I dont miss any updates of my Friends now because i have them on the front . No need to open FB app
again and again and search my friends profile.
7. Integration of People.
My Facebook , Linkedin , Twitter , messengers are now connected with normal messages .
On One click and i can access all.
8. Smooth UI
NO Lags Unlike Others !! Simple Buttery UI !!
9. Nokia Staple Apps for Lumia series.
I dont need to explain this but without Nokia Staple apps in Store ur Windows Phone 8 is of No Use.
THE USP of Nokia Phones which sets them apart from HTC 8X , Androids and Apples.
We were hunting ATM of Local Bank and trust me No Android helped us. It was Nokia Maps and Drive
which took immediately showed us the way.
I think Rest all You should explore when you buy it !!

This is the Best part of the article where all the eyes widens up !!
1. Battery
Its my First week and the Battery i Charge is 2wice. maybe because i am using it every moment of my minute. You can say i am on my phone for more than 12 hours .
2. Heating up
The Phone is heating up because of excess use. I am planning to address this issue to the Nokia Care.
3. Bluetooth and Whatsapp
You cant send Music and videos via bluetooth , Nor You can Whatsapp it to friends.
4. Nokia Music
You cant Fast Fwd the Songs in Nokia Music, But u can do it in Xbox Music.
5. Youtube
Because of Google and Microsoft Glitches , you cant access Youtube Videos easily. Some videos can be
played but some create issues or show errors.
6. Display Hangs Up!
This was the major issue i face . It happened twice that the display gets hanged and i need to lock the
phone and den unlock it. the Display stops responding.
But with the help of few Soft Reset the problem got Solved.
We Indians have any issue with the phone with think about removing the battery. in this u need to press
volume button ( LOW ) + Lock Button to Reset the phone or restart if Hangs !!
7. Screen Shots Sharing ( Not Available )
You cant Whatsapp your Screenshots taken on the Phone with Screenshot feature.
This is lame. When you can share other picture why not screenshots can be shared on Whatsapp ?
8. Nokia Native Apps Missing
Many Nokia Native apps are displayed on Website of Nokia India but are not available in Market
like : - Nokia Reading , Nokia Network , Nokia Pulse Beta , Nokia Counters Etc.
9. No DATA SENSE
This is the WORST part of Nokia Lumia 920 In India. They have not installed DATA SENSE feature in
the OS. Microsoft had declared to get Data sense to Windows phone , But No Indian Version has this.
ONLY Few networks in USA are having Data sense in Nokia Lumia 920.
10 . No Wireless Charger Included in your Purchase.
Pay Rs 4k Extra to Get Wireless Charging.
So Now you have to Decide what to compromise on and what not to compromise on !!
